We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to be based in Glenview, IL. Reporting to the Division Sales Director, the Inside Sales Manager will lead the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to drive business growth and ensure a high level of customer support. Reporting to the Sales Director, this individual will also manage and develop all Inside Sales and Customer Service processes to deliver best in class service to our customers.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
+ Lead Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to proactively meet annual bookings and revenues objectives for consumables, capital equipment, accessories and services.
+ Function as the on-going project facilitator for the re-engineering process, streamlining and documenting internal work-flow processes and customer contact and profile information into Salesforce
+ Ensure integrity of the Inside Sales and Customer Services entries into ERP and Salesforce systems, as well as adherence to ISO and work instructions.
+ Act as the business power user for Salesforce
+ Coach effective team members by creating, refining and implementing training plans and workflow process best practices, locally and globally.
+ Address major customer issues directly with all areas of the organization; recommend corrective action necessary to satisfy both the customer and organization.
+ Establish work flow, processes, and expectations of the department that ensure prompt and accurate order entry, call volume, etc.
+ Develop and manage scripts to be used by Inside Sales to identify new opportunities, communicate product information and close sales.
+ Work with appropriate personnel to administer pricing policies. Ensure pricing policies are enforced.
+ Support team member?s interaction with operations, marketing, accounting, outside sales, and management.
+ Act as liaison between customer service team and our global facilities to address issues affecting work flow and procedures. Initiate recommendations and improvement as necessary.
+ Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
+ Bachelor?s degree in Accounting and CPA required with a minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a financial reporting.
+ Experience in reviewing and supervising accounting areas such as accounts payable, inventory, invoicing/accounts receivable and payroll
+ S trong strategic leadership skills with a proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner
+ Proven ability to perform budgeting and forecasting, as well as drive simplification and continuous improvement within the business
+ Experience developing and managing direct reports within the finance function.
+ Ability to build constructive and effective relationships across the organization
+ Proficiency in accounting software in addition to very strong Excel skills, intermediate Word and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Power BI or other database software highly preferred.
+ Effective presentation/communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public
+ Requires minimal (4 times/yr.) domestic travel
+ Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship .

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
