Network Engineer - Nexus Routers & Switches



????????? Work collaboratively with local & global peers on engineering, operations, design and support tasks for global network.

????????? Work with application teams to understand implications of new applications from redundancy, performance and impact to the network

????????? Responsible for reviewing and analyzing new technologies to continually improve network performance

????????? Install, configure and maintain various network devices and services like Routers, Switches, Wireless, Load balancers, VPN Concentrators and WAN Optimizers

????????? Ensure network performance with advanced monitoring and reporting

????????? Last level support for troubleshooting network issues and outages

????????? Create/Update documentation, troubleshooting guidelines, policies and procedures

?The ideal candidate will have:


????????? 8+ years of strong network experience including experience with large-scale global networks, Network Design, Network Optimization, and translating business requirements into technical network requirements.

????????? Advance knowledge of Cisco equipment (ISRG2 Routers, Switches, ASA, Meraki, Access-Points and Wireless Controllers), Cisco ACI, F5 load balancers, and Bluecoat WAN Optimizers.

????????? Advanced experience with WAN technologies such as MPLS, Ethernet, DSL, and LTE.

????????? Experience with Network monitoring tools and automation

????????? Strong working knowledge of VOIP, including QoS on LAN and WAN.

????????? Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, and I-WAN.

????????? Knowledge of Cisco ISE and SD Wan technologies

????????? CCNP or higher certification highly preferred

????????? Scripting skills are a plus

????????? Strong written and verbal communication skills

????????? Strong capabilities in authoring technical documentation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
