This
position can filled by an individual that either works remote - or at another
Anixter location
Consider
an excellent career opportunity as an Inside Sales Support Team Member(ISST). This is a newly established, full time position, supporting the NSS,
EES, and UPS sales teams in multiple current sales processes, as well as new
processes and tools under development. It reports to the Director of Inside
Sales Learning Programs. Candidates must be knowledgeable of proper Anixter
sales procedures and capable of providing excellent internal customer service
in the systems including
-CORE: Order Entry, Pipeline, and Storefront
-Understand System Security and Al-i training path for sales
-Tools: AL-i, SharePoint, Job Aids,SimsSPR, One Note, Global
Service Desk, Call Center Interface
-Facilitate Classes within Glenview, Regionally and via Skype
-Some travel required
-IAP/SSRS/BI Reporting E-Commerce/e-Anixter
-Knowledge of the following programs a plus: SAM, WMX, P21,
Eclipse, SX.E
The
sales process experts will work closely with other Anixter departments to
support all internal customer needs and be the first line of Management
support. A training background is a plus but not required. The role will
report into the Director of Inside Sales Learning programs in Glenview, IL.
Responsibilities:
-First
line of defense for sales questions about CORE
-Entering and routing Assyst Tickets to the correct support
departments
-Work closely with the business analyst and development on the
CORE roll-out project
-Communicate the changes within CORE and processes after
releases
-Training champs / sales reps on CORE(through email, skype,
face to face on-site)
-Monthly testing on CORE to make sure it is functioning
-Make sure SharePoint documents, training resource(videos) are
correct - update them when needed
-Continue to learn about new business segments coming under the
Anixter name moving onto CORE
Requirements:
-Prior Anixter inside sales experience
-Proficient in Microsoft office
-Ability to work individually and in a team environment
-Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
-Self-motivated and driven to success
-Open to coaching and feedback
-Detail oriented and ability to efficiently multi-task and
prioritize
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced, sale team support
environment
-Able to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
-Expertise of Anixter's value in the market and the One Anixter
message
-Know all resources that support sales along with how / when
they should be used
-Understand how to run an efficient sales desk
-Curiosity and drive to learn more about all business segments
within Anixter
-Have a strong career within Anixter and desire to coach others
on how to be successful

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
