As part of ITW?s Automotive Segment, ITW Powertrain Plastics NA is committed to being a world leader in insert molded filters, mechatronics components, and reservoirs. Manufacturing locations in Hebron, IL; Lake Geneva, WI; Juarez, MX; Aguascalientes, MX; Kendallville, IN; and Bryan, OH.
Position Summary: Responsible for understanding business sourcing needs and identifying the best suppliers that meet business standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Researches quality, price, timing, and reliability of supply.
+ Keeps in contact with suppliers to be aware of promotional campaigns, deals, and other cost-sensitive opportunities.
+ Negotiate prices and delivery conditions; and commit to purchases (within established limits of authority) with terms that are in the organization?s best interest.
+ Perform basic analysis on bids, proposals, and quotes, and provides data to management.
+ Monitors quality and timely delivery of materials and follows-up with and purchase orders that need attention.
+ Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions, orders, and other documents to co-ordinate purchasing activities with the organization?s current and anticipated demand for goods and materials.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or any related areas with math skills preferred.
+ 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
+ Knowledge of injection molding preferred.
+ Ability to communicate and negotiate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
